Sermon 12 : There are Three Heavens

14

In July 2016, when I, Reuben Habaasa, son of Livingstone, was launching the first phase of my book, called New Jerusalem; Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli Prime Minister was in Uganda. The Lord GOD, Creator of heaven and earth, revealed to me the three heavens.

First heaven
Before the earth and human beings were created, the first heaven was in existence. Only God and His angels have a position in this first heaven. God and angels are spirits. Before every human being is conceived in their mother’s womb; we are in God as spirits. As Prophet Moses received in a vision and then God said, “Now let us make humans who will be like us.” The earthly bodies have no position in this first heaven. Today, only God and angels, including the angel Lucifer whom we call Satan today can appear in this first heaven. As it is written in the book of Job, “Then the day came for the angels to meet with the LORD. Even Satan was there with them.” Also in the days of Jesus of Nazareth He said to his disciples, “I saw Satan falling like lightning from heaven.”

Second heaven
Earth was an extension of heaven; when God created the first human beings, Adam and Eve. He made for them the garden of Eden. This garden of Eden was the picture of heaven established for them here on earth. And humans living in the garden of Eden was the second heaven. Also, when God called Prophet Moses and commissioned him with a message; Moses was to redeem the chosen people of God from Egypt to the promised land, Canaan. Canaan, their land of rest, the land of honey and milk, was the picture of heaven established here on earth for the elect in the age of Moses. Isaiah saw this in a vision and said, “In this second heaven there will never be a baby who lives only a few days, and every older person will live for a long, long time. A person who lives 100 years will be called young. And whoever doesn’t live that long will be considered cursed. The elect will build houses and live in them; they will own gardens and eat the fruits from them. God’s chosen people will not labor in vain, nor will they bear children doomed to misfortune; for they will be a people blessed by the LORD. Before they call I will answer, while they are still speaking I will hear.”

Why do you think Jesus of Nazareth taught his disciples to pray like this: “May your kingdom come and your will be done here on earth as it is done in heaven.”

Beloved, the chosen people of God, when you have the share in the first resurrection and you receive the second birth, then you will live on earth as if you are in heaven and this is the second heaven God revealed to me in a vision.

Third Heaven
In the same vision God revealed to me the third heaven. This is not yet created. On the last day of everything, the Judgement Day, a selection will be made and two special places will be created: Heaven and Hell. Those who received a share in the first resurrection and became born again, will be chosen and given new bodies of heaven; and they will be allowed to enter this third heaven.

Apostle Reuben Habaasa interview with Tr David Okello Part 7

Apostle Reuben Habaasa
Apostle Reuben Habaasa

In Part 7 of his conversation with Tr. David Okello, Apostle Reuben Habaasa steps into the arena of faith with laser-sharp clarity. He starts by unwrapping—ever so gently, yet unflinchingly—the heart of being born again: not just a buzzword in pews, but a spiritual awakening that changes how you see existence itself.

He paints salvation as an original blueprint, something not patched together for convenience but authored by divine intent. It’s not about stylish slogans or spiritual trendiness. Calling oneself “saved”—which he humorously, but pointedly, labels “savedees”—isn’t what gets you there. Instead, salvation depends on recognizing our flaws, turning toward divine grace, and embracing a transformation that redefines reality.

Apostle Habaasa doesn’t shy from pulling back the curtain on what misleads many into thinking they’re already “there” spiritually. He reminds listeners that real salvation involves more than church attendance or heartfelt affirmations—it’s about a shift in identity that only the Spirit can initiate.

His reflections aren’t academic; they pulse with personal conviction and the urgency of someone who’s been commissioned. The language is pastoral—gentle yet insistent, inviting listeners to pause, consider, and perhaps recalibrate what they’ve imagined about faith.

Listen to the interview below:

Reuben Habaasa: Called by God to Take the Message of New Jerusalem to All Nations

I, Reuben Habaasa, son of Livingstone, was called by God in 1990 while in Primary Seven at Mbarara Junior Primary School. It was then that I believed and received Jesus Christ, understanding the purpose of His crucifixion at Calvary.

In 2006, while at Rubaga Miracle Centre in Kampala, Uganda, I became born again. The following year, God commissioned me with a message for all nations, peoples, languages, and tribes. This message is recorded in my book, The Book of Reuben: New Jerusalem.

I am a child of God, just as Jesus Christ Himself. I have eternal life and will live to fulfill the purpose for which God created me in my mother’s womb. I will accomplish the assignment I was born for.

I am strong, for the LORD is my strength. I am rich, for the LORD is my provider; I will never lack. I am a conqueror and a victor. The life of God is in me; I shall never die. I am a winner, and the devil has no power over me. The LORD gives me power and authority.

Sermon 011: The Second Birth; to be Born Again

All of us are born sinners; for we are born through the sexual act. Only Jesus of Nazareth was not born through the sexual act; being prepared by God, the Creator, to serve as the sacrifice of all sinners. For the original sin is the sexual act. Our earthly fathers are the source of our first birth and so we are born sinners; hence the need to be born again.

Who is your Spiritual Father?

God your Creator can not be your spiritual father; Jesus Christ of Nazareth can not be your spiritual father; none of the past prophets can be your spiritual father. A Prophet Messenger of God Most High in your generation with a message of the Kingdom of Heaven is the only Spiritual Father.

Is there anyone God has called and commissioned with a living message in this age? Then he is the Prophet Messenger. Receive him, believe his message and you shall be Born Again. When you receive this Messenger of God Most High and believe the message God gives him, you receive a new Spirit, that is the Holy Spirit. This gives you the Second Birth and that Prophet Messenger becomes your Spiritual Father. He keeps on feeding you with the spiritual food from heaven. This is to be born again and you then become a child of God.

As it is written, “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.

Also it says, “For I will take you out of the nations; I will gather you from all the countries and bring you back into your own land. I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols. I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws. Then you will live in the land I gave to your ancestors; you will be my people, and I will be your God. I will save you from all your uncleanness. I will call for the grain and make it plentiful and will not bring famine upon you. I will increase the fruit of the trees and the crops of the field, so that you will no longer suffer disgrace among the nations because of famine.”

Tr. David Okello Interview with Apostle Reuben Habaasa Part 6

A Letter from Apostle Reuben Habaasa to His Excellency President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni

Subject: Divine Calling and the Destiny of Uganda

Your Excellency,

When you made that life-changing decision to go to the bush over three decades ago, it was not by your own will alone—it was God Himself who gave you that dream. He was the One who provided for your vision, guided your steps, and promised to fight for you until you would return to lead His people, the Nation of Uganda, into a new age: the 21st century.

In 1980, the people of Uganda did not choose you; they rejected and despised you, just as the Hebrews once despised Moses, saying, “Who made you ruler and judge over us?” The same way Goliath mocked young David, “You are only a boy; go back and look after the sheep of your father.” But God had a different plan.

It was not by the will of men, but by divine calling, that you were commissioned in 1986 to lead His people—Uganda, the Pearl of Africa, the Heart of Africa.

This is the time for Africa. The glory of God has come to Africa. This 21st century is the rise of Africa in God’s prophetic calendar. God has chosen this continent as His own, to reveal His glory to the world.

But, Your Excellency, for the past 30 years, you have worked hard to please people who neither called nor anointed you to leadership. It is God who ordains leaders, not men. You worked tirelessly to draft and enact constitutions for the sake of these people—but many of those very laws have become snares to you. They have empowered your enemies, weakened your allies, and opened the door to rebellion and confusion.

That same type of constitution is what has allowed nations like America to legalize ungodly practices such as gay marriages, despite their outward claims of believing in the Bible. They swear on the Scriptures yet act contrary to its teachings. Be careful not to follow that path.

Now, out of a thousand friends, you may only find one loyal friend—and that loyalty can only be secured when you place your trust fully in God. And when you do, God will use even one man to defend and deliver you.

For more understanding on this message and the destiny of Uganda, I encourage you and all who read this to go through the second phase of The Book of Reuben: New Jerusalem.

May God guide you as you fulfill His purpose for this nation.

Yours in Christ’s Service,
Apostle Reuben Habaasa

Sermon 010 : God is the God of Purpose

Everything God created has a reason behind it. He does nothing without purpose, and nothing in life exists by accident. Purpose is the original intent for the creation of a thing that was in the mind of its Creator. As the Scriptures say, “You can make many plans, but the LORD’s purpose will prevail.” (Proverbs 19:21)

Not every purpose is known—but everything has a purpose. God created all things—whether we see them as good or bad—for His reasons: from plants like tobacco and marijuana, to creatures like snakes and insects, to even things like alcohol. It’s not the existence of these things that is the problem; it’s the ignorance of their purpose that leads to abuse.

Where purpose is unknown, abuse is inevitable.

For example, Apostle Paul told Timothy, “Don’t drink only water. You ought to drink a little wine for the sake of your stomach because you are sick so often.” (1 Timothy 5:23) The problem is not the thing, but the misuse of the thing.

When you don’t know the purpose of:

  • A husband or wife → You abuse the marriage.
  • Children → You mistreat or neglect them.
  • Money → You misuse it, and it may even destroy you.
  • Work → You may abuse your opportunities and waste your potential.

You’ve heard of child abuse, marriage abuse, money abuse, even job abuse. Purpose is the key to fulfillment.

Purpose is only fully known by the creator of a thing. Only God knows exactly why He created something; others can only guess. Just like you can’t take your car to a phone repair shop and expect it to work, you cannot understand life without seeking the Creator who designed it.

When you discover your purpose, you unlock your destiny.

God created you for a divine purpose. “The righteous will possess the earth, and they will live forever on it.” (Psalm 37:29)

Right now, the world is in confusion because Satan has blinded many people to God’s true purposes. But God’s Kingdom is coming to take over. The righteous will reign on the earth under the rulership of the Lord Jesus Christ—the true King of kings.

Discover your purpose. Live by it. And you will find true fulfillment in life.
