This is Apostle Reuben Habaasa, the Vision Bearer of Christ Lordship Ministries International; and Lead Pastor, New Jerusalem Christian Fellowship Churches. Currently, there are four main Gates of the ministry that have been established: Kitwe, Kilela, Kampala and Kaduku.
Kitwe, being the Headquarters located in Kitwe Town Council, Ruhaama East, Ntungamo, Uganda, East Africa. Kilela is located in Kyerwa District, Karagwe region, Tanzania, East Africa. Kampala, the Capital City of Uganda. As a ministry we have an office in Nansana, Kampala, Uganda.
Kaduku is located in Kitagwenda, Kamwengye region, Uganda, East Africa.
Dear beloved chosen people of God, I also indicate to you that under the above 4 gates we have 10 Homecell Centres managing over 100 Homecells.
We have ministry projects and programs running in the above Gates, in Centres and Homecells like Ministry Daily Operations; Evangelism Outreach Ministry; Education sector: St. Reuben Foundation Schools and other ministry Bursary Schemes; Infrastructure Development Plans like completion of the New Jerusalem Meeting Tents, and New Jerusalem Kingdom Halls; Proposed St. Reuben Foundation School Block, Proposed Office and Administration Block, Proposed Commercial Building with guest rooms upstairs, Proposed Guest House Block of 3 storeys, Social Media Development and Usage, Sound Machines and Equipment, Purchase of 3 Ministry Vehicles, Purchase of properties like land in the Homecell Centres; other Sustainable Development Projects like Agricultural Farming projects, Animal farming projects and Apiary farming projects (Bee – Keeping), Expansion of the Ministry Headquarters Complex by purchasing pieces of the neighboring land.
Our Projected Budget Plan for the above projects and programs is estimated at 6,840,891,200/= (Uganda Shillings, Six Billion, Eight Hundred Forty Million, Eight Hundred Ninety One Thousand and Two Hundred Only); which is about US Dollars 2 Million.

GOD as a title , the Government of the Day
The Creator is Spirit, the Supreme Being. Beloved new creatures of the Creator; those who have received me and believed the message of the age. Now we have received, not the Spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is of God the Creator; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
Be careful that the deity you worship and pray to is not the ‘government of the day’. For the world government systems are holding tangible power to change your circumstances. G.O.D., Government of the Day, representing the very earthly authority responsible for addressing your concerns. Compare today’s governmental systems and the systems in bible times, such as in the generations of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob; in the days of the apostles of Jesus of Nazareth.
Everyone deserves basic needs like food, water, shelter, clothes, to mention but a few. But today money has become a final medium of exchange, and it is the principal measure of wealth. Money circulates everywhere on the globe, from person to person and country to country; in different currencies and values. And this money, the medium of exchange, belongs to nations of different governments.
God created the earth and it was good for all human beings. Basic needs like water, food, clothing and shelter were entirely free for all human beings. But because of the enemy leading in the world systems especially governments, no nations have basic needs like water, food, clothing and shelter, entirely free for all citizens. However, many developed countries have robust welfare programs and social safety nets that aim to provide these necessities to those in need. These programs are designed to ensure no one suffers extreme hardship due to a lack of these fundamental resources. I have seen individuals everywhere owning finances that would serve billions of people for a basic living in their entire life time here on earth. But still billions of people are living a miserable life here on earth.
Since 2006, when God the Creator commissioned me with a message for this age, I have always been convicted by the Spirit of God to provide these basic necessities to specific groups of people, through St. Reuben Foundations. To provide support for housing, food, water and clothes towards specific groups such as the unemployed, low income families, the elderly, individuals with disabilities. The goal is to eliminate basic hardship, and to prevent people from lacking essential resources for survival.
So beloved friends and partners who have received me and believed the message of this age, your support towards Christ Lordship Ministries International, will help restore the original plan of God for human beings. To every continent—Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Australia, and Antarctica—hear this word: be alert. A wind is moving across the earth. It is not an ordinary wind—it is a divine wind of change. It carries restoration, awakening, correction, and alignment.
This is the hour to position yourself spiritually. Do not be distracted. Do not be passive. The Lord is releasing His move through the Wind of Change Vision, and every nation is being called to respond. Some will receive it, and others will be chosen to carry it.
Be alert to receive the wind of change—or become a carrier of it. To receive it, you must open your heart, align your life, and respond to God’s voice. To carry it, you must surrender fully, walk in obedience, and become a vessel through which God will reach others.
This wind will not leave things the same. It will break limitations, shift directions, and establish purpose. Those who are ready will move forward. Those who ignore it risk remaining in delay.
Let every continent prepare. Let every nation awaken. Let every individual respond.

Today is the first day of May, a new month, and also International Labour Day. I, Apostle Reuben Habaasa, the prophet messenger of the Most High God, stand in the authority of Jehovah God who commissioned me to release this prophetic prayer over your life.
This month, the Lord is speaking about reward, fruitfulness, and divine compensation. As many honor labor today, heaven is also remembering your labor—your prayers, your sacrifices, your faithfulness, and even your silent tears. Nothing you have done in God has been in vain.
I declare that this month of May will answer you. Where you have labored without results, you will now see fruit. Where you have sown in tears, you will reap in joy. Every effort you have made under God will begin to produce visible and undeniable results.
Father in the name of Jesus Christ, I lift all Your people under this prophetic voice. As this new month begins, release divine strength for their labor. Today, I want to speak to the world about “Leading in the Middle of an Organisation.” This is where true leadership is proven—not at the top, but at the level where you are right now.
Many people say, “If I was a senior pastor, I would do better in evangelism,” or “If I was a district leader, I would lead well,” or even “If I was president, I would change everything.” But the truth is this: if you cannot lead well where you are, you will not lead well where you are going. Leadership is not about position—it is about responsibility.
If you are in charge of evangelism, lead it with excellence now. If you are a village leader, lead your village with integrity now. Do not wait for a higher title to prove your ability. The way you lead in the middle determines whether you are ready for the top.
Leadership is tested in small responsibilities. It is revealed in how you handle what has been entrusted to you today. Waiting for a bigger position while neglecting your current role is not preparation—it is delay. Growth comes when you maximize where you are.
Through Christ Lordship Ministries International and the Wind of Change Vision, this is a call to take responsibility now. Stop comparing positions and start improving performance.
Therefore, leadership is the ability to take responsibility, influence positively, and produce results at your current level, regardless of title or position. When you lead well where you are, you create the opportunity to lead at a higher level.
