In July 2016, when I, Reuben Habaasa, son of Livingstone, was launching the first phase of my book, called New Jerusalem; Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli Prime Minister was in Uganda. The Lord GOD, Creator of heaven and earth, revealed to me the three heavens.
First heaven
Before the earth and human beings were created, the first heaven was in existence. Only God and His angels have a position in this first heaven. God and angels are spirits. Before every human being is conceived in their mother’s womb; we are in God as spirits. As Prophet Moses received in a vision and then God said, “Now let us make humans who will be like us.” The earthly bodies have no position in this first heaven. Today, only God and angels, including the angel Lucifer whom we call Satan today can appear in this first heaven. As it is written in the book of Job, “Then the day came for the angels to meet with the LORD. Even Satan was there with them.” Also in the days of Jesus of Nazareth He said to his disciples, “I saw Satan falling like lightning from heaven.”
Second heaven
Earth was an extension of heaven; when God created the first human beings, Adam and Eve. He made for them the garden of Eden. This garden of Eden was the picture of heaven established for them here on earth. And humans living in the garden of Eden was the second heaven. Also, when God called Prophet Moses and commissioned him with a message; Moses was to redeem the chosen people of God from Egypt to the promised land, Canaan. Canaan, their land of rest, the land of honey and milk, was the picture of heaven established here on earth for the elect in the age of Moses. Isaiah saw this in a vision and said, “In this second heaven there will never be a baby who lives only a few days, and every older person will live for a long, long time. A person who lives 100 years will be called young. And whoever doesn’t live that long will be considered cursed. The elect will build houses and live in them; they will own gardens and eat the fruits from them. God’s chosen people will not labor in vain, nor will they bear children doomed to misfortune; for they will be a people blessed by the LORD. Before they call I will answer, while they are still speaking I will hear.”
Why do you think Jesus of Nazareth taught his disciples to pray like this: “May your kingdom come and your will be done here on earth as it is done in heaven.”
Beloved, the chosen people of God, when you have the share in the first resurrection and you receive the second birth, then you will live on earth as if you are in heaven and this is the second heaven God revealed to me in a vision.
Third Heaven
In the same vision God revealed to me the third heaven. This is not yet created. On the last day of everything, the Judgement Day, a selection will be made and two special places will be created: Heaven and Hell. Those who received a share in the first resurrection and became born again, will be chosen and given new bodies of heaven; and they will be allowed to enter this third heaven.

PROPHETIC MESSAGE TO ALL CONTINENTS 🌍
From Apostle Reuben Habaasa, the prophet messenger of the God Most High in this generation
To every continent—Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Australia, and Antarctica—hear this word: be alert. A wind is moving across the earth. It is not an ordinary wind—it is a divine wind of change. It carries restoration, awakening, correction, and alignment.
This is the hour to position yourself spiritually. Do not be distracted. Do not be passive. The Lord is releasing His move through the Wind of Change Vision, and every nation is being called to respond. Some will receive it, and others will be chosen to carry it.
Be alert to receive the wind of change—or become a carrier of it. To receive it, you must open your heart, align your life, and respond to God’s voice. To carry it, you must surrender fully, walk in obedience, and become a vessel through which God will reach others.
This wind will not leave things the same. It will break limitations, shift directions, and establish purpose. Those who are ready will move forward. Those who ignore it risk remaining in delay.
Let every continent prepare. Let every nation awaken. Let every individual respond.
Apostle Reuben Habaasa Prayer:
May the wind of God reach every continent and every nation. I pray that every heart becomes alert and every spirit is awakened. May you not miss this move of God. If you are to receive it, receive it fully. If you are to carry it, carry it with power and obedience. In the name of Jesus Christ, let there be awakening, transformation, and divine alignment across the world.
The wind is blowing—be ready to receive or to carry.
WHY LOSING HOPE? RETURN YOUR MIND TO HOPE AGAIN
Many people today are losing hope because of pain, disappointment, delay, rejection, and the pressures of life. Some have prayed for years without seeing answers, others trusted people who failed them, and many are carrying silent battles that nobody understands. But losing hope is dangerous because when hope disappears, strength, vision, and motivation begin to fade away.
Today, return your mind to hope again. Your current situation is not your final destination. What you are going through is temporary, but the purpose upon your life still remains. Do not allow fear, failure, or negative voices to convince you that your future is finished. There is still greatness within you, opportunities around you, and a God who has not forgotten you.
Sometimes the answer you are looking for is already near you—in your talent, your ideas, your faith, your relationships, and the opportunities surrounding your life. Rise again and believe that something good can still come out of your journey. Hope gives birth to vision, and vision gives direction to life.
Remember the scripture in Romans 15:13:
“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
Today, choose to think positively, speak life, pray continuously, and move forward with faith. Your story is not over. Hope again. Believe again. Rise again.

There are seasons when people wait for a voice, a message, or a sign from God concerning their future, their family, their ministry, their health, or their destiny. Today, by the Spirit of Jehovah, I declare that your season of good news has arrived.

WIND OF CHANGE GLOBAL MOBILISATION MESSAGE
By Apostle Reuben Habaasa – Prophet Messenger of the Most High God and Wind of Change Vision Bearer
The Wind of Change is spreading across the world with power and purpose. It is moving from nation to nation, from city to city, from village to village, changing lives, healing the broken, anointing vessels, appointing Kingdom workers, and delivering people from every form of bondage.
This is not an ordinary movement—it is the manifestation of the Spirit of Jehovah in this generation. Wherever the Wind reaches, situations cannot remain the same. Darkness gives way to light, sorrow gives way to joy, weakness gives way to strength, and hopelessness gives way to divine purpose.
The Wind of Change is changing hearts and transforming minds. God is restoring people back to Himself and aligning them with His will.
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away…” — 2 Corinthians 5:17
The Wind is healing the sick, restoring the wounded, and bringing peace to troubled lives.
“But for you who fear My name, the Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings.” — Malachi 4:2
The Wind is anointing men and women for Kingdom assignment. God is pouring fresh oil upon those who are available and willing to serve Him faithfully.
“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed Me…” — Isaiah 61:1
The Wind is appointing ambassadors, leaders, intercessors, evangelists, and servants across the nations. Heaven is raising a generation that will stand boldly for truth and carry the presence of God.
“You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you…” — John 15:16
The Wind is also delivering multitudes from fear, oppression, addiction, spiritual captivity, and every chain of the enemy.
“Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” — 2 Corinthians 3:17
Today, I, Apostle Reuben Habaasa, Prophet Messenger of the Most High God and Wind of Change Vision Bearer, declare that this Wind shall continue to spread until nations experience the glory and power of God. Let every ambassador arise. Let every vessel remain available. Let every nation prepare for divine visitation.
Do not resist the Wind—move with it.
Do not fear the change—embrace what God is doing.
The Wind of Change is here to transform generations.
Declaration:
The Wind of Change is changing me, healing me, anointing me, appointing me, and delivering me for the glory of God. I shall be a vessel of impact in my generation. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
I belong to the God of all heavens
THE INFLUENCE OF THE CHURCH: A QUESTION FOR OUR GENERATION
From Apostle Reuben Habaasa, the prophet messenger of the God Most High in this generation
Today, I ask a serious question to the Church, leaders, governments, families, and society:
At which level is the influence of the Church if we still see political chaos, injustice, struggles for leadership positions, drug abuse among youth, school dropouts leading to prostitution, early pregnancies, corruption, violence, and moral decline?
This question is not meant to condemn the Church but to provoke reflection and action.
Jesus said in Matthew 5:13-14: “You are the salt of the earth… You are the light of the world.”
Salt influences whatever it touches. Light changes the environment where it shines. Therefore, the Church is called not only to gather people on Sundays but also to transform communities, families, institutions, and nations through godly values.
If our churches are growing in numbers but society continues to lose direction, then we must ask ourselves: Are we producing followers or disciples? Are we informing minds or transforming lives?
The influence of the Church should be visible in:
Honest and servant-hearted leaders.
Youth who reject drugs and destructive lifestyles.
Families that are stable and strong.
Schools that produce responsible citizens.
Communities marked by justice, peace, and compassion.
Leaders who fear God and serve people faithfully.
The Church must not only preach within its walls but also influence education, leadership, business, governance, families, and culture with godly principles.
According to Isaiah 60:1: “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.”
The world is not looking for a silent Church. The world is looking for a Church whose message is reflected in transformed lives.
Therefore, let every believer become an ambassador of God’s Kingdom wherever they are—in government, schools, hospitals, businesses, security forces, communities, and homes.
Apostle Reuben Habaasa Prayer
Heavenly Father, awaken Your Church to its calling. Let Your people become salt and light in every sphere of society. Raise leaders of integrity, restore families, protect our youth, strengthen our schools, and bring justice to our nations. May the influence of the Church be seen not only in buildings and gatherings but in transformed lives and communities. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
The true influence of the Church is measured not only by the size of its congregation but by the transformation of society through the power of God.

📖 TODAY’S MESSAGE
🏛 Christ Lordship Ministries International
Beloved sons and daughters, partners, friends, and all under my prophetic voice,
One of the signs of spiritual maturity is learning to remember God not only in times of need, but also in times of abundance.
Many people pray fervently when they need a job, a breakthrough, healing, or provision. But after receiving the answer, they slowly drift away from the principles that attracted God’s favor.
📖 Deuteronomy 8:10
“When you have eaten and are satisfied, praise the Lord your God for the good land He has given you.”
Today, I encourage you to pause and reflect. Where would you be if God had not helped you? Who protected you when danger was near? Who provided when doors were closed? Who sustained you through difficult seasons?
The answer is God.
Therefore, let gratitude become a lifestyle. Let your thanksgiving be seen in your worship, your service, your obedience, and your giving. Never allow blessings to make you forget the Blesser.
A grateful heart attracts more of God’s presence and favor. What you appreciate before God, you position for increase.
📖 Psalm 103:2
“Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all His benefits.”
🙏 PROPHETIC PRAYER
I, Apostle Reuben Habaasa, the prophet messenger of the God Most High in this generation, pray for you today.
May the Lord keep your heart humble in times of increase. May you never forget the God who lifted you. May every blessing in your life become a testimony that glorifies His name. May gratitude open greater doors of favor, provision, and divine remembrance.
May your family be blessed, your work be blessed, your ministry be blessed, and may your life continually reflect the goodness of God.
In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
💬 Declaration
I will not forget God’s goodness.
I will honor Him in all seasons.
I will remain faithful in gratitude and obedience.
My life will be a testimony of God’s faithfulness.
✨ Remember: Those who remember God in their blessings will be remembered by God in their needs.
Be blessed.
TODAY’S LEADERSHIP THEME:4 MAJOR INDICATORS OF A TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADER
Scripture:
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” — Romans 12:2
A transformational leader does more than manage people—he or she inspires positive change and leaves a lasting impact. Among the many qualities of transformational leadership, these four stand out:
1. VISION
A transformational leader sees beyond today, communicates a clear direction, and inspires others to pursue a shared future.
2. INTEGRITY
Trust is built through honesty, consistency, humility, and accountability. People willingly follow leaders whose character matches their words.
3. EMPOWERMENT OF OTHERS
A transformational leader develops people, mentors future leaders, delegates responsibility, and celebrates the success of others.
4. POSITIVE IMPACT
True leadership is measured by transformed lives, stronger families, healthier communities, and institutions that become better because of the leader’s influence.
Leadership Reflection:
“Leadership is not about being served; it is about serving, developing others, and leaving every place better than you found it.”
Prayer:
Lord, transform my heart so that I may lead with vision, integrity, wisdom, and love. Let my leadership bring positive change to my family, community, workplace, church, and nation.
