Good evening, good morning, or good afternoon, depending on your time zone.
During our Wind of Change Gathering as we continue exploring the theme: The Blessings of God.
We learned how God’s blessings were given to His chosen people throughout the scriptures. We saw how God blessed humanity from the beginning according to Genesis 1:28. We also saw God renewing His blessings after the flood in Genesis 9:1-2. We studied God’s covenant blessings upon Abraham in Genesis 12 and understood through Galatians 3:13-14 that through Christ Jesus, believers become partakers of the blessing of Abraham.
We further reflected on the reality that blessings are not given merely for personal enjoyment. According to Matthew 25:34 and the teachings that follow, every person will one day give an account before God concerning how they used what was entrusted to them. Blessings come with responsibility. God blesses people so they may glorify Him, serve others, advance His Kingdom, and fulfill their divine assignments.
Today, to everyone reading this message globally, I encourage you to examine your life. How are you using the blessings God has entrusted to you? Whether it is your time, talents, resources, opportunities, influence, knowledge, or spiritual gifts, God expects faithful stewardship.
The blessing of God is not measured only by what you possess, but also by how faithfully you use what He has placed in your hands. A blessing becomes complete when it becomes a channel through which others are helped, encouraged, restored, and brought closer to God.
I, Apostle Reuben Habaasa, Prophet Messenger of the Most High God, prophesy today that every blessing assigned to your life shall locate you. Every delayed blessing according to the will of God shall manifest in its season. May wisdom accompany your blessings. May favor accompany your blessings. May purpose accompany your blessings. May every blessing entrusted to you become fruitful for the glory of God.
I declare that the Lord shall enlarge your capacity to carry His blessings without pride, to manage His blessings without waste, and to distribute His blessings with love and wisdom. May your life become a testimony of God’s goodness and faithfulness.

PEACEFUL PARTICIPATION, WISE LEADERSHIP, AND A BETTER FUTURE
A Message to World Leaders, Decision Makers, and Citizens
From Apostle Reuben Habaasa, the prophet messenger of the God Most High in this generation.
Today, I address this message to presidents, ministers, members of parliament, judges, military commanders, local leaders, policy makers, community leaders, and citizens around the world.
Leadership carries a sacred responsibility. Every decision made by leaders affects the lives of people, families, communities, and future generations. Therefore, leaders must seek wisdom, justice, accountability, and compassion in every decision they make.
According to Proverbs 29:2: “When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice.”
To leaders, remember that positions of authority are given to serve people, not merely to exercise power. Listen to the concerns of citizens, consider their needs, and make decisions that promote peace, development, opportunity, and human dignity.
To citizens, remember that lasting change is built through constructive participation, dialogue, lawful engagement, patience, voting, community involvement, and responsible leadership development. Nations grow stronger when citizens actively contribute to solutions.
There are moments when decisions may not immediately seem favorable, comfortable, or understandable. During such times, wisdom calls for patience, engagement, and peaceful participation rather than actions that lead to destruction, violence, or loss of life.
Every human life is valuable. Before joining actions that may result in harm, ask yourself: What benefit is there if I lose my life, my future, or my opportunity to contribute positively to my nation?
Real transformation is achieved when citizens participate in shaping their communities through lawful, peaceful, and productive means. Progress requires voices, ideas, service, and perseverance.
Those who truly desire a better future should become part of the solution by engaging responsibly, building communities, mentoring youth, supporting peace, and helping raise future leaders.
According to Romans 12:18: “If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.”
The future of nations is not built through destruction but through vision, cooperation, wisdom, and responsible leadership.
Apostle Reuben Habaasa Prayer
Heavenly Father, I pray for leaders and citizens across the world. Grant leaders wisdom to govern justly and serve faithfully. Grant citizens patience, understanding, and a commitment to peaceful participation. Protect nations from violence, division, and loss of life. Raise leaders and citizens who work together to build peaceful, prosperous, and God-honoring societies. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
“The strongest nations are built when wise leaders and responsible citizens work together for the common good.”
— Apostle Reuben Habaasa
