They say, “Let us build our church“; “God has called and assigned me to build Him a church” – which church? That is falsehood and the devil’s church!
This seed of Satan say, “Let us go to the church”. You can not go to the church when actually you are the church! We can only go to fellowship; and whenever we gather in the meeting Tent or outside the Tent, we gather as a church. They say, “Let us take our patient to the church”. That is ignorance and false faith. As it is written that, “My people are suffering because of lack of knowledge and understanding”. The devil is happy when he hears you speak that language!
The followers of these lost priests enjoy calling their so called ‘men’ and ‘women’ of God, “Our servant, our servant”.
A Prophet Messenger of God is called God’s Servant; not men’s servant. He is a servant of none, other than God. This is a religious world system. The dogs bark, the lions roar, the cat mews and the hen crocks! The dog will hear the language of its puppies; the hen will hear the language of its chics.
God Himself will hear the language of His children. Speak God’s language!

Father in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You as a people You are transforming from the inside out. According to the truth You have revealed, that transformation is not complete until it is seen in action, we surrender our minds, our thoughts, and our daily lives to You. Let every word we have received become life in us, and let our thinking produce visible change in how we live, lead, and relate with others.
Lord, we pray for a disciplined and renewed mind among Your people. Establish in us daily habits of right thinking. Teach us to begin our days with Your Word, to remain aligned with You throughout the day, and to reflect with wisdom at the end of each day. Remove every toxic thought pattern and replace it with faith, truth, and clarity so that our lives may reflect Your glory.
We ask for emotional maturity and wisdom. Let our minds govern our emotions, and not our emotions govern us. Heal every hidden wound that affects our thinking, our relationships, and our leadership. Give us self-control, patience, and understanding so that we may respond in a way that honors You in every situation.
Father, transform our relationships through renewed thinking. Teach us to think with love, honor, and forgiveness. Remove every mindset of bitterness, rejection, and selfishness, and replace it with a heart that builds, restores, and develops others. Let our communities, churches, and families become places of growth because our thinking has been transformed.
We pray for strategic and purposeful minds. Teach us to plan with wisdom, to act with clarity, and to align our daily decisions with the vision You have given us. Let us not live by chance, but by divine direction. Order our steps and establish the work of our hands.
Lord, release courage into our minds. Help us to step beyond fear and comfort, and to act in obedience even when it is difficult. Remind us that You are with us wherever we go, and let that truth give us boldness to take every step You have called us to take.
We receive the grace of generosity. Remove every spirit of scarcity and fear, and give us hearts that release, give, and bless others freely. Let our lives reflect Your abundance in every area—financially, relationally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Father, in times of pressure, establish in us an unshakeable mind. When challenges come, let us stand firm in faith, anchored in Your Word and Your promises. Let peace rule in our hearts, and let every situation reveal the strength You have built within us.
We also pray for legacy. Teach us to think beyond ourselves and to live for the next generation. Let our lives produce impact that will continue even after us. Use us to raise others, to teach others, and to build something that will glorify You for generations to come.
Above all, Lord, we surrender our minds completely to You. We acknowledge that true transformation comes from You. Lead us by Your Spirit, guide our thoughts, and direct our paths. Let our thinking be aligned with Your will so that our lives may fully reflect Your purpose.

LEADERSHIP IS A TRUST, NOT A PERSONAL POSSESSION

“Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.” — KJV
Leadership begins with an opportunity, but it is sustained by faithfulness. Whether you are a church leader, local government official, state official, business owner, school leader, or community representative, remember that the position you occupy is a responsibility entrusted to you.
You may hold the office, but you do not own the people you lead.
A church congregation is not a personal possession. A public office is not private property. Employees are not instruments for personal enrichment. And influence is not a licence to control others without accountability.
Every position comes with people to serve, decisions to make, challenges to address, and responsibilities to fulfil.
1. TO CHURCH LEADERS: LEADERSHIP IS STEWARDSHIP
📖 John 21:15–17
Jesus instructed Peter to feed His sheep.
The people entrusted to your spiritual leadership need more than powerful sermons. They need biblical teaching, godly examples, discipleship, compassion, correction, and opportunities to grow.
Do not use people merely to build your ministry’s reputation. Build people so they can fulfil their God-given potential and serve others.
The question is not simply how many people are under your leadership, but how faithfully you are caring for those entrusted to you.
2. TO GOVERNMENT LEADERS: PUBLIC OFFICE IS PUBLIC RESPONSIBILITY

God calls people to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with Him.
Your office gives you an opportunity to improve people’s lives through responsible decisions, fair treatment, transparent administration, and effective public service.
Listen to the voices of citizens. Pay attention to the needs of vulnerable people. Manage public resources responsibly. Welcome constructive feedback and accept accountability.
Never allow the privileges of office to make you forget the purpose of public service.
A leader’s responsibility is not merely to occupy an office, but to fulfil its duties in ways that serve the public good.
3. TO MARKETPLACE LEADERS: SUCCESS MUST CARRY RESPONSIBILITY

Business leaders, employers, entrepreneurs, and professionals have opportunities to influence society through the way they work.
Make honest decisions. Treat workers fairly. Deliver what you promise. Develop other people’s abilities. Create value through your products and services.
Financial success is important to many businesses, but how that success is achieved matters too.
Do not build an organisation that grows financially while losing its integrity. Build one whose growth creates value for people and contributes positively to society.
4. TO EVERY LEADER: WHO WILL YOU BECOME WHILE HOLDING YOUR POSITION?

“Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much.” — NIV
Leadership is a test of character as much as it is an exercise of authority.
How do you treat people who cannot benefit you? How do you respond when someone challenges your decision? Do you take responsibility for your mistakes? Are you willing to listen and learn?
Your title may open a door, but your character influences what happens after you enter.
Do not pursue promotion while neglecting integrity. Do not seek greater influence while refusing to serve faithfully where you are.
Before asking God for a bigger assignment, ask Him to help you become more faithful with the assignment you already have.
A PERSONAL REFLECTION FOR EVERY LEADER
Today, ask yourself:
Am I treating my position as a trust or as personal property?
Am I developing people or making them dependent on me?
Am I using my authority to solve problems or to protect my comfort?
Am I prepared to be accountable for the decisions I make?
If my position were taken away tomorrow, would my integrity and the good I have done still speak for me?
These are not questions for church leaders alone. They are questions for every person entrusted with influence.
FINAL MESSAGE
Dear leaders, positions change. Titles change. Organisations change. Seasons change. But the responsibility to act with integrity and serve people remains important.
Lead without arrogance. Exercise authority without oppression. Pursue success without dishonesty. Correct people without humiliating them. Listen without feeling threatened. And remember that accountability is not the enemy of leadership; it is part of responsible leadership.
Do not measure your leadership only by what you have acquired through your position. Measure it also by the trust you have honoured, the people you have developed, the problems you have helped solve, and the positive difference you have made.
May God grant every leader wisdom to make sound decisions, humility to serve, courage to act justly, and faithfulness to fulfil their responsibilities.
