From the upcoming book THE WIND OF CHANGE, releasing soon under the vision of Apostle Reuben Habbaasa)
This is the final preview chapter before the book’s official release.
In Chapter Three of The Wind of Change, we are invited to understand one of the greatest spiritual truths of our time: every season in God has a beginning, a shift, and a divine announcement. God never changes seasons in silence. He speaks, He stirs, He signals, and He prepares His people to discern the transition.
This chapter explains that we are now living in a global spiritual transition, and the Wind of Change is the sign of that shift. The world is not simply changing politically or socially heaven has declared that “It is time.” When God says it is time, nothing remains the same.
Chapter Three teaches three deep revelations:
1. Seasons change when heaven speaks
God announces new seasons through His Word, His Spirit, and the prophetic voices He appoints. The Wind of Change is heaven’s declaration that God is repositioning people, ministries, families, and nations.
2. Discernment is the key to survival in a shifting world
Those who do not recognize the signs of divine transition often remain stuck in expired seasons. But those who hear the wind, like the prophets of old, align themselves with God’s timing.
3. God raises a messenger to interpret the season
In this generation, God has placed a unique assignment on Apostle Reuben Habbaasa to announce, interpret, and guide God’s people through this Prophetic Season of Transition. His message on the Wind of Change is not a human opinion—it is a divine alert calling the church and the nations to awaken.
This chapter closes with a sober reminder: a person, church, or nation that ignores the season God has announced will miss the blessing prepared for that season. But those who align with the Wind of Change will walk in clarity, obedience, and divine positioning.

Hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah
Lucky will be those with thirsty and hunger for the wind of change. To experience the move of the wind try to attend Thursdays’s wind of change gathering at the New Jerusalem tent Kitwe -ruhama-ntungamo district in Uganda
Many people stand near the move of God, watch the power of God, listen to testimonies, and witness transformation in others, yet they remain unchanged themselves. God did not call you merely to observe His Wind; He called you to encounter it personally.
The Wind of Change is not moving for entertainment. It is moving to transform lives, heal hearts, restore destinies, awaken purpose, and raise Kingdom ambassadors. Therefore, do not remain at a distance while others receive. Position yourself spiritually and allow God to touch your life deeply.
The woman with the issue of blood refused to remain an observer. Though many surrounded Jesus, she pressed forward until she encountered His power personally.
“For she said, ‘If only I may touch His garment, I shall be made well.’” — Mark 5:28
Today, the Lord is calling you beyond observation into participation. Move from watching prayers to praying. Move from hearing testimonies to becoming a testimony. Move from admiring the anointing to surrendering yourself for God to use you.
I, Apostle Reuben Habaasa, Prophet Messenger of the Most High God, declare today that the Wind of Change shall touch everyone who positions themselves with hunger, faith, and obedience. Let your spirit be awakened. Let your heart be transformed. Let your life carry evidence that God has visited you.
Do not settle for hearing about revival—be part of it.
Do not settle for seeing change in others—receive your own change.
Do not remain an observer—be touched by the power of Jehovah God.
“Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.” — James 4:8
Declaration:
I refuse to remain an observer. I position myself for the touch of God. The Wind of Change shall transform my life, my family, and my generation. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
