Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus Christ, I come before You as Influencer Bright, a servant and faithful member of Christ Lordship Ministries. With humility, faith, and honor, I lift before You the great prophetic vision of 2048 and 2062.

Father, we acknowledge that this vision is not born of human desire but of divine purpose. Christ Lordship Ministries carries a long-term, God-centered assignment rooted in transformation, excellence, and holistic development for the Body of Christ. Today, I present this vision before Your throne, asking that it be established in heaven and manifested on earth.

This vision is a call to build, to equip, to advance, and to leave a generational legacy that glorifies You, the Creator, through Jesus Christ.

  1. Prayer for Excellent Infrastructure
    Lord, I pray for the vision of building excellent gathering infrastructures—modern, spacious, and spiritually charged environments where believers worship freely, grow deeply, and encounter You powerfully. May these structures stand as testimonies of Your glory, Your order, and Your excellence.
  2. Prayer for State-of-the-Art Ministry Offices
    Father, I commit into Your hands the vision for top-class ministry offices. Raise centers of strategic planning, leadership development, discipleship coordination, and media excellence. Let these offices operate with integrity, efficiency, wisdom, and accountability.
  3. Prayer for Ministry Hospitals and Health Centers
    Lord, I lift up the vision of establishing ministry hospitals and health centers. May they reflect the compassion of Christ and provide dignified, accessible, and quality care. Let lives be restored holistically—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—for Your glory.
  4. Prayer for Ministry Transport Systems
    Father, I present the vision for reliable ministry transportation systems. Provide buses, vans, and mission vehicles to support evangelism, conferences, missions, and member welfare. Grant provision, favor, protection, and stewardship over every resource dedicated to Your work.
  5. Prayer for Ministry Hotels and Hospitality Facilities
    Lord, I pray for the establishment of ministry hotels, guest houses, and hospitality centers. May they host pastors, missionaries, leaders, and guests with excellence and dignity. Let these spaces support conferences, retreats, training programs, and long-term Kingdom work.
  6. Prayer for Member Welfare and Empowerment
    Father, I lift every member of Christ Lordship Ministries before You. Strengthen families. Open doors for education, skill development, entrepreneurship, health, and economic stability. Let no member be left behind. Empower each one to grow spiritually, economically, and socially.
  7. Prayer for Generational Impact
    Lord, I declare that Vision 2048 and Vision 2062 are prophetic roadmaps with generational impact. Establish this ministry to remain strong, relevant, influential, and fruitful for decades to come. Let what is built today speak powerfully to generations yet unborn.

Father, under the leadership of Apostle Reuben Habaasa, we submit this vision fully to You. Guide us to build lasting structures, raise generational leaders, and expand the influence of Christ with wisdom, order, and excellence.

MESSAGE TO ALL MINISTRY MEMBERS Standing with the Vision & the Vision Bearer

Beloved members of Christ Lordship Ministries,
Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Every divine vision operates by divine order. God raises one person to carry the vision and calls the people to stand with that person in unity, prayer, and obedience. A vision cannot advance without the support of the people God has assigned to it.

In this generation, God has entrusted Apostle Reuben Habaasa with a prophetic, generational vision for Christ Lordship Ministries. This mandate requires more than attendance. It requires loyalty, unity, service, and shared responsibility.

Standing with the vision means standing with the vision bearer. It means praying consistently, honoring the grace upon his life, protecting the ministry from division, following instruction with humility, serving with excellence, giving with understanding, and speaking with one voice as a ministry family.

Unity is spiritual strength. A united ministry accelerates progress, multiplies resources, increases influence, and releases greater grace. The enemy fears unity because unity produces unstoppable momentum.

Vision 2048 and Vision 2062 demand faithfulness over time. This is a generational assignment that requires discipline, consistency, and spiritual maturity. Every member matters. Every contribution builds something eternal.

When we speak about Vision 2048 and Vision 2062, we are not speaking about distant years. We are speaking about the future we must build now.

These years represent the time of total achievement, the fullness of the vision, and the harvest of everything God has instructed Christ Lordship Ministries to build.

But the truth remains clear:

If we do nothing today, there will be nothing to celebrate in 2048 or 2062.
If we delay today, the vision delays tomorrow.
If we act today, the vision manifests tomorrow.

THE SIMPLE TRUTH: VISION IS BUILT DAILY

A great vision is not achieved in one dramatic moment. It is achieved through daily actions — consistent, intentional, Spirit-led actions.

Every day matters. How we work, serve, give, and grow builds the future.

Vision 2048 and Vision 2062 are lifetime journeys, not one-day events.

1. Work on Your Spiritual Life

A strong member builds a strong ministry. Pray consistently, grow spiritually, stay connected, and remain loyal to the vision.

2. Use Your Skills and Knowledge

God gives skills so they can build something. Every member must ask, “What can I contribute to the vision?” No skill is too small. No gift is useless. Every ability builds something.

3. Serve Faithfully Wherever You Are

Service is how vision moves from paper to reality.

4. Give Consistently and Sacrificially

There is no vision without resources. Every seed builds something tangible in the future.

5. Grow Personally and Professionally

Your growth is part of the ministry’s growth. When members grow, the vision grows.

6. Stay Focused and Committed

Distractions kill visions. Focus builds them.

FINAL DECLARATION

Transforming Nations by the Power of the Holy Spirit

Worldwide Revival Wind of Change Ministries is a divine movement birthed by the Holy Spirit after 2023, Covid-19 period, a revival sent from Jehovah, the Creator of Heaven and Earth, to restore truth, holiness, and divine order to all nations.

Beloved of the Creator,

The Spirit of the LORD, the Holy Spirit, has come upon the earth in His fullness after the year 2023. This marks the beginning of a divine movement, The Worldwide Revival Wind of Change.

This move of God began in Kitwe Town Council, Ruhaama East, Ntungamo, Uganda, and is now spreading across nations, tribes, and languages. The Holy Spirit is bringing transformation, healing, deliverance, and restoration, just as in the days of Noah, Moses, and Jesus of Nazareth.

The LORD Jehovah, the Creator of all things seen and unseen, is doing a new thing in our time. He is not a man nor the son of man. He has never been born and will never die. He is Spirit, and His power is now being revealed to all creation.

By the Spirit of Truth, the Lord has declared that 2.5 billion people shall pass through the first resurrection and receive the second birth before the year 2048. These shall live on earth as in heaven, carrying out the divine purposes of their Heavenly Father.

The systems of the world shall be shaken. Leadership shall shift from democracy to a Kingdom order; education systems will be redefined; and a new divine economy shall rise.

The LORD is calling His children to worship only Jehovah the Creator. The old traditions of men, Sunday observances, birthday celebrations, and false religious practices are to be abolished. For the Bible, though inspired by past prophets, is not the end of God’s voice. The Creator continues to speak today through His living messenger.

As His servant, Apostle Reuben Habaasa, I call upon all who hear this message to Repent and be renewed. Turn away from evil and embrace the Spirit of the Living God. The Wind of Change is here, and nothing shall stop it.

In the 7-minute audio interview, Apostle Habaasa dives deep into what he calls the “original misunderstanding” of mankind. He explains that many modern preachers have twisted the meaning of the forbidden fruit, focusing on the physical instead of the spiritual implications that the Bible actually reveals.

GOD as a title , the Government of the Day
The Creator is Spirit, the Supreme Being. Beloved new creatures of the Creator; those who have received me and believed the message of the age. Now we have received, not the Spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is of God the Creator; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

Be careful that the deity you worship and pray to is not the ‘government of the day’. For the world government systems are holding tangible power to change your circumstances. G.O.D., Government of the Day, representing the very earthly authority responsible for addressing your concerns. Compare today’s governmental systems and the systems in bible times, such as in the generations of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob; in the days of the apostles of Jesus of Nazareth.

Everyone deserves basic needs like food, water, shelter, clothes, to mention but a few. But today money has become a final medium of exchange, and it is the principal measure of wealth. Money circulates everywhere on the globe, from person to person and country to country; in different currencies and values. And this money, the medium of exchange, belongs to nations of different governments.

God created the earth and it was good for all human beings. Basic needs like water, food, clothing and shelter were entirely free for all human beings. But because of the enemy leading in the world systems especially governments, no nations have basic needs like water, food, clothing and shelter, entirely free for all citizens. However, many developed countries have robust welfare programs and social safety nets that aim to provide these necessities to those in need. These programs are designed to ensure no one suffers extreme hardship due to a lack of these fundamental resources. I have seen individuals everywhere owning finances that would serve billions of people for a basic living in their entire life time here on earth. But still billions of people are living a miserable life here on earth.

Since 2006, when God the Creator commissioned me with a message for this age, I have always been convicted by the Spirit of God to provide these basic necessities to specific groups of people, through St. Reuben Foundations. To provide support for housing, food, water and clothes towards specific groups such as the unemployed, low income families, the elderly, individuals with disabilities. The goal is to eliminate basic hardship, and to prevent people from lacking essential resources for survival.

So beloved friends and partners who have received me and believed the message of this age, your support towards Christ Lordship Ministries International, will help restore the original plan of God for human beings. Basic needs like water, food, clothing and shelter were entirely free for all human beings.

Sermon 12 : There are Three Heavens

In July 2016, when I, Reuben Habaasa, son of Livingstone, was launching the first phase of my book, called New Jerusalem; Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli Prime Minister was in Uganda. The Lord GOD, Creator of heaven and earth, revealed to me the three heavens.

First heaven
Before the earth and human beings were created, the first heaven was in existence. Only God and His angels have a position in this first heaven. God and angels are spirits. Before every human being is conceived in their mother’s womb; we are in God as spirits. As Prophet Moses received in a vision and then God said, “Now let us make humans who will be like us.” The earthly bodies have no position in this first heaven. Today, only God and angels, including the angel Lucifer whom we call Satan today can appear in this first heaven. As it is written in the book of Job, “Then the day came for the angels to meet with the LORD. Even Satan was there with them.” Also in the days of Jesus of Nazareth He said to his disciples, “I saw Satan falling like lightning from heaven.”

Second heaven
Earth was an extension of heaven; when God created the first human beings, Adam and Eve. He made for them the garden of Eden. This garden of Eden was the picture of heaven established for them here on earth. And humans living in the garden of Eden was the second heaven. Also, when God called Prophet Moses and commissioned him with a message; Moses was to redeem the chosen people of God from Egypt to the promised land, Canaan. Canaan, their land of rest, the land of honey and milk, was the picture of heaven established here on earth for the elect in the age of Moses. Isaiah saw this in a vision and said, “In this second heaven there will never be a baby who lives only a few days, and every older person will live for a long, long time. A person who lives 100 years will be called young. And whoever doesn’t live that long will be considered cursed. The elect will build houses and live in them; they will own gardens and eat the fruits from them. God’s chosen people will not labor in vain, nor will they bear children doomed to misfortune; for they will be a people blessed by the LORD. Before they call I will answer, while they are still speaking I will hear.”

Why do you think Jesus of Nazareth taught his disciples to pray like this: “May your kingdom come and your will be done here on earth as it is done in heaven.”

Beloved, the chosen people of God, when you have the share in the first resurrection and you receive the second birth, then you will live on earth as if you are in heaven and this is the second heaven God revealed to me in a vision.

Third Heaven
In the same vision God revealed to me the third heaven. This is not yet created. On the last day of everything, the Judgement Day, a selection will be made and two special places will be created: Heaven and Hell. Those who received a share in the first resurrection and became born again, will be chosen and given new bodies of heaven; and they will be allowed to enter this third heaven.

I, Reuben Habaasa, son of Livingstone, was called by God in 1990 while in Primary Seven at Mbarara Junior Primary School. It was then that I believed and received Jesus Christ, understanding the purpose of His crucifixion at Calvary.

In 2006, while at Rubaga Miracle Centre in Kampala, Uganda, I became born again. The following year, God commissioned me with a message for all nations, peoples, languages, and tribes. This message is recorded in my book, The Book of Reuben: New Jerusalem.

I am a child of God, just as Jesus Christ Himself. I have eternal life and will live to fulfill the purpose for which God created me in my mother’s womb. I will accomplish the assignment I was born for.

I am strong, for the LORD is my strength. I am rich, for the LORD is my provider; I will never lack. I am a conqueror and a victor. The life of God is in me; I shall never die. I am a winner, and the devil has no power over me. The LORD gives me power and authority.
